Travis Perkins PLC are the UK's largest supplier of building materials to the building and construction industry. Featuring a network of over 500 branches and retail outlets, they serve trade professionals and self-builders across the nation. ​

Right Management and Travis Perkins have a long-standing partnership spanning nearly two decades, where we’ve supported all areas of the business with Career Transition and Outplacement, encompassing:​

- Onsite business/depot/branch closures resulting in employee redundancies​
- Retirement support ​
- Individual Outplacement programmes to leaders and managers leaving the business, up to executive/director level

The solution

**Key deliverables**​

We’ve developed onsite and 1:1 programmes to support Travis Perkins, enabling departing employees at all stages of their career to navigate through change into their next steps.​

**Programmes include:**​

- A series of Individual Outplacement programmes between one and twelve months in length, with unlimited personalised 1:1 coaching; access to webinars/workshops; research tools and resources for life.​
- Onsite services to help with job search, 1:1 coaching, and a wealth of online tools and resources designed to support career transition.​
- Regular updates to Travis Perkins Leadership teams to discuss key metrics such as take up, activities, satisfaction stats and landing stats/success stories.​

 

The impact

- 1000+ employees supported
- 90% settlement rate of those that have landed successful outcomes during their programme duration ​​
- 99.5% candidate satisfaction in all programmes provided​
